1. はじめに

H.Technology（以下「当方」）は、アプリ「Us」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただくユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集します。

匿名認証情報: Firebase Anonymous Authenticationにより自動生成される匿名ユーザーIDを使用します。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。
感情データ: ユーザーが選択した感情プリセット（1〜10の番号）および任意で入力するメモ（最大50文字）。
ペアリング情報: ペアコード（8桁、10分間有効）およびペア関係の状態。
デバイストークン: プッシュ通知送信のためのFCM（Firebase Cloud Messaging）トークン。
課金状態: サブスクリプション（Pro プラン）の有効/無効の状態。決済情報はAppleが管理し、当方は一切保持しません。

3. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。

ペアとなるユーザー間での感情の送受信・表示
履歴機能による過去の記録の表示
プッシュ通知の送信（パートナーが感情を送信した際の通知）
Pro プラン（サブスクリプション）の状態管理
ウィジェットへのデータ反映

4. 情報の共有

ユーザーの感情データは、ペアリングされた相手にのみ共有されます。第三者への提供・販売は一切行いません。

本アプリは以下のサービスを利用しています。

Firebase（Google）: 認証、データベース、プッシュ通知、Cloud Functions の基盤として使用。Googleのプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
Apple StoreKit: サブスクリプション管理に使用。決済情報はAppleが管理します。

5. データの保存と削除

感情データは Firebase Firestore に保存されます。
ペア解除を行った場合、7日間の猶予期間を経てすべてのデータが自動的に削除されます。猶予期間中は解除を取り消すことができます。
ウィジェット用データはデバイス内の App Groups 共有領域に保存され、日付が変わると自動的にリセットされます。

6. セキュリティ

データの保護のため、以下の対策を講じています。

Firebase Security Rules によるアクセス制御（自分のデータのみ読み書き可能）
Cloud Functions によるサーバーサイド検証
ペアコードの総当たり防止（5回/10分のレート制限）
通信の暗号化（HTTPS/TLS）

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方からの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

8. 変更について

本プライバシーポリシーは予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Just Us

1. Introduction

H.Technology ("we", "us") respects the privacy of users of the "Us" application ("the App") and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information within the App.

2. Information We Collect

Anonymous Authentication: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to generate anonymous user IDs. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Emotion Data: Emotion presets selected by users (numbers 1-10) and optional memos (up to 50 characters).
Pairing Information: Pair codes (8-digit, valid for 10 minutes) and pair relationship status.
Device Tokens: FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens for push notification delivery.
Subscription Status: Active/inactive status of Pro plan subscriptions. Payment information is managed by Apple; we do not store any payment details.

3. How We Use Information

Sending and displaying emotions between paired users
Displaying historical records
Sending push notifications when your partner sends an emotion
Managing Pro plan subscription status
Reflecting data on widgets

4. Information Sharing

Emotion data is shared only with your paired partner. We never sell or provide data to third parties.

The App uses the following services:

Firebase (Google): Used for authentication, database, push notifications, and Cloud Functions. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Apple StoreKit: Used for subscription management. Payment information is managed by Apple.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Emotion data is stored in Firebase Firestore.
When unpairing, all data is automatically deleted after a 7-day grace period. You can cancel the unpairing during this period.
Widget data is stored in the device's App Groups shared storage and resets automatically when the date changes.

6. Security

Firebase Security Rules for access control (read/write only your own data)
Server-side validation via Cloud Functions
Brute-force protection for pair codes (5 attempts per 10 minutes)
Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.
